The Chief Executive Officer of Strong Community Development, Marketta Strong, has always been dedicated to community service. For over 10 years, Ms. Strong worked as a Medical Assistant, Home Health Aid, and EMT in Philadelphia, PA. After an injury ended her career, Ms. Strong refocused her service to helping revitalize communities through commercial real estate and entrepreneurship development. Ms. Strong became a commercial real estate agent and small business owner with aspirations for community development, that includes partnering with local small business owners, legislation, commercial property owners, to support community development organizations which create housing, and economic growth opportunities, as well as sponsor arts programs that will support future generations.
As a minority small business owner, Ms. Strong has developed a passion for helping aspiring entrepreneurs, through start up business counseling and commercial real estate investing.
